Skippy sure is a literal little old man. This kiddo has real moxie. Too bad his Dad is a stick in the mud working for the board of health. It’s a crying shame that Dad can’t understand that a dog can be a man’s best friend – as long as no one breaks the local dog catcher’s windshield. Sure it was an accident, but even a dent is awful expensive. It’ll take more than a penny to rescue Penny, but Skippy and his new pal might have what it takes to shake out the piggy bank and rake in the cash.
