She’s got Bette Davis lies, this Leslie. She shot a man in Singapore and claimed that he was trying to assault her, only to discover that a letter in her hand was penned that him – a friend – to her quarters the very day that he was murdered. Is this composure, or the stone face of deception? Leslie and her liar (I mean, lawyer) hunt down the letter in pursuit of the truth. Leslie’s husband is distraught and so is Leslie, but is their distress the shared woe of married people, or is Leslie hiding something more sinister in her heart?
