Chesty – not Chester because his chest is puffed up – razzes a Navy man and gets his non-enlisted butt handed to him. To get even, Chesty decides that the best course of action is to become a man of action and enlists. Assigned to the same ship as Biff (Front Page news), Chesty works to get even until he falls for Biff’s pretty sis. Even though the two smooch on the merry-go-round, Dot doesn’t care for Chesty’s attitude toward the navy. Is love the only thing that will make Chesty a man who has command of his commitment to Uncle Sam?

    With regard to the question… I don’t know if anything else would move Chesty, but we know for damn sure LOVE’s magical (mystical-like) power can serve to
    ‘move mountains’ of dirt, rock, ‘stuff,’ men and women…:) yay love!
