A young woman wants to be a nun so that she can be a nurse (I’m so glad that I only had to choose the latter) and travel to the Congo. From jump, she struggles with obedience and pride.

Her failure to fail an exam delays her trip to the Congo, but she does eventually make it there and strikes up a friendship with a gritty doctor who looks like he could be screaming at a TV audience about being mad as Hell about something (this happens later). It’s another movie about turning your life and will over to God.
